Since we can't find chocolate raspberry coffee creamer in the stores anymore, I've been trying to make a homemade version. After a couple of not so tasty results, I sort of cheated and used French vanilla coffee creamer as the base. Then added baking cocoa and raspberry syrup. And used the blender. I'm thinking this batch just might be the one. At least until they start selling the stuff in the stores again.
