It was a sad morning at work. A nurse on another unit collapsed and was brought to the hospital. They tried to do CPR on her for awhile before leaving, but it really wasn't looking too good. It made me think about how life can just stop without notice, and once more I thought, wouldn't it be good if we could mostly live in the moment and not take for granted our loved ones. Well, maybe we do try to do that, but being human, we don't always succeed. And maybe it's a good time for me to say I love you to all my people.
