Little boy made a trip to the ER last week, when he woke with a scary, croupy cough. He seems better now, but coughs can linger, and it's so hard for a parent to listen to, especially in the middle of the night. And then Avi needed to go away on a work trip, so Katie invited us over for pizza. Bruce suggested that we watch Pushing Daisies! While we watched (four episodes), little boy woke up a few times coughing. Luckily, he settled down after that, and was able to sleep through the rest of the night. Poor buttsa.
