The kitties are loving the new furniture in the living room. It all started when Bruce announced that he wanted a new rug for his office. We're not really fancy people, so we began our search at the Home Depot, and then moved on to Menards. Menards actually had a lot of rugs to look at, but maybe too many, so we wandered off to the furniture area of the store and saw some charcoal grey colored loveseats that caught our eye. We both sat down to try them out, and then looked at each other in amazement because they were so comfortable. They had support for the lower back, and were more firm than soft. And it was especially a surprise to be in agreement because we don't usually like the same furniture. There was also a deal going on that for each piece of furniture you purchased, a free rug was included. Bruce could have his new rug, and I could have one for the Little Bohemian Heart Room. After thinking about it for a night, we went back and bought two. Mark came over to help Bruce move them in from the garage. The old green couch along the wall suddenly looked really tired next to them, so the following day we went to Becker furniture, just to take a look ... shockingly, there was a lighter colored grey sofa that we both liked. What in the world? We bought the sofa, and Mark came over to help move it in. I have to say that the living room looks pretty darn good now. Well, maybe not the carpet, but I don't think that we'll replace it just quite yet because of well, there are the three cats ...
