Because life has not been exactly normal these days, I decided to bake an apple pie.
It was my first attempt at making one, and although it was not nearly as excellent as Mom's, it was a decent attempt, and it was tasty in it's own way.
I'm thinking maybe a peach or cherry pie next ...
