Creative Cooking

I hate to waste leftovers and so I froze a couple gallon sized bags of sweet and sour meatballs from Christmas Eve for future suppers. Tonight I pulled out a bag, warmed it up in the oven, and served it over pasta. It tasted pretty good, actually. We recently defrosted the upright freezer in the basement, and I was able to get a good look at everything in there, the plan being to eat up most of what we have before going out and just randomly buying more. I think there are a few turkeys in there, too, just waiting to be pulled out and roasted. What a blessing to have so much food!
