My youngest baby is now in his 30's. And, what an amazing human being he's grown up to be.
We celebrated by going out to dinner at Christo's in Minneapolis. There was once another Christo's on Highway 7 that we would go to frequently, also owned by Gus, but that one closed sometime during the Pandemic. We miss it.
The food was still delicious, though, and we had a nice time. Happy Birthday, Jacob. 💕
