Dad's back in the hospital, and we've been doing our best to keep things together and care for Mom at the same time. The plan is to go to the Transitional Care Unit again for some extra rehab, which might happen tomorrow. Then most likely Assisted Living in a facility closer to us. I'm really hoping we can make this happen.
